Narrative CV

張文豪博士,目前為中央研究院特聘研究員。他於2001年在國立中央大學物理系取得物理博士學位。完成四年博士後研究後,張博士於2005年加入國立交通大學電子物理系,擔任助理教授,並自2012年起晉升為正教授,於2018年獲聘為特聘教授。張博士於2020年加入中央研究院應用科學研究中心,並擔任量子光電專題中心執行長。

張博士的研究領域包括半導體奈米材料的光-物質交互作用、半導體量子光學以及二維層狀材料。他發表(共同)超過150篇期刊論文,並累積被引用超過14,000次,H指數為53。

在學術榮譽方面,張博士曾獲得國科會吳大猷紀念獎(2010年)、中山學術文化基金會中山學術獎(2018年)、國科會傑出研究獎(2018年)、全球華人物理與天文學會亞洲成就獎(Robert T. Poe Prize)以及台灣物理學會會士(2020年)等殊榮。
