Narrative CV

陳壁彰,2001年自台大化學系學士畢業,2003年台大化學所畢業,研究中孔洞材料的型態變化。於2011年,美國德州大學奧斯汀分校化學暨生化系博士畢業,從事非線性拉曼光學微顯鏡技術,在化學影像上的生物應用。2011至2014於美國霍華休斯醫學院(Howard Hughes Medical Institute)和2014年諾貝爾化學獎得主Eric Betzig 從事博士後研究,開發「晶格層光顯微鏡」,針對快速三維活體螢光掃描,此工作獲得AAAS Newcomb Cleveland Prize。於2014年加入中央研究院應用科學中心,擔任助研究員,2025年升為研究員迄今,主要進行開發三維大組織之高解析層光顯微鏡,利用單分子影像技術『透化層光定位顯微鏡』可以成功的看到記憶蛋白質分子在全果蠅腦組織中的空間分佈。及樣品膨脹技術『聚丙烯酸鉀膨脹層光奈米顯微術』,結合了樣品放大術及層光顯微鏡,讓光學顯微鏡在三維的大組織影像,可以有趨近電子顯微鏡的空間解析且擁有多色的螢光染色標記。未來期望可以將光學顯微術的解析度達到電子顯微鏡之解析度。此相關研究成果曾獲第十八屆有庠科技論文獎,中央研究院年輕學者研究成果獎,亦獲得中研院前瞻計畫,及科技部優秀年輕學者研究計畫補助。
