Research Center for Applied Sciences (RCAS), Academia Sinica signed a Elite Scholarship Program MOU with the Department of Bioelectromechanical Engineering, National University Taiwan (NTU) on April 10th, which will attract outstanding talents, strengthen the cooperation in research between the two sides, and jointly supervise the outstanding doctoral students.
