Safety and Health Training for New Laboratory Staff - Chinese Session

Precautions

  1. If the seating limit is exceeded, the registration form will be closed early.
  2. Training handout: LINK
    To be environmentally friendly, no paper handouts will be provided on site.
  3. Trainees should sign in within 20 minutes of the start of each course. Failure to sign in, overstaying the sign-in period and leaving early will be regarded as non-participation in the training and will not be allowed to sign in again.
    ※There will be 2 sign-in sessions at 08:30 and 13:30. The online test after the course will be considered as the course sign-out.
  4. Trainees should take the test after the course and only those who pass the test (a score of 70 or above) will be granted the number of study hours.
    This is an online test, and wifi will be provided at the site, so please bring your own smart phone/laptop/tablet with internet access to take the test.
    The number of study hours will be sented by email within two weeks. Please keep the hours in a safe place and no replacement will be issued if lost.
  5. Trainees are not allowed to be absent without an excuse. Those who fail to participate in the training and are audited by the relevant authorities will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
  6. No food or drink is allowed at the meeting place.

  1. If you require Environmental Education certification hours, please register on theEnvironmental Education Lifelong Learning Website. Environmental Education certification hours will be issued on the website based on the sign-in records, and no separate proof of hours will be sent to your email.

Precautions

  1. Participants are requested to bring their mobile phones to facilitate course check-in and downloading of course materials.
  2. Please complete the online check-in before each session begins. Late check-ins will not be accepted if more than 20 minutes have passed after the start time.
  3. Participants who complete the online check-in in accordance with the regulations and attend the entire session will be granted 1 hour of biosafety or biosecurity training credit per course.
  4. Participants who complete all sessions on the day and pass the qualifying test (minimum score: 60) will receive 8 hours of biosafety and biosecurity training credit.
  5. The uploading of biosafety training hours and issuance of completion certificates will be handled by the Biosafety Office after the event.
