Precautions

1. If the seating limit is exceeded, the registration form will be closed early.
2. Training handout: LINK
   To be environmentally friendly, no paper handouts will be provided on site.
3. Trainees should sign in within 20 minutes of the start of each course. Failure to sign in, overstaying the sign-in period and leaving early will be regarded as non-participation in the training and will not be allowed to sign in again.
   ※There will be 2 sign-in sessions at 08:30 and 13:30. The online test after the course will be considered as the course sign-out.
4. Trainees should take the test after the course and only those who pass the test will be granted the number of study hours.
   This is an online test, and wifi will be provided at the site, so please bring your own smart phone/laptop/tablet with internet access to take the test.
   The number of study hours will be forwarded to the safety and hygiene business operator of each institute/center within two weeks.
   ※Please keep the hours in a safe place and no replacement will be issued if lost.
5. Trainees are not allowed to be absent without an excuse. Those who fail to participate in the training and are audited by the relevant authorities will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
6. No food or drink is allowed at the meeting place.
